MEN’S FELLOWSHIP
 
Men’s fellowship meets every third Saturday at 8 A.M.
 
The purpose of Men’s Fellowship is to equip and encourage men to carry out their responsibilities to their God, their families and the Church.
 
We are motivated by a desire to serve God with our whole lives, not only to His glory, but also for the benefit of our families and communities.
 
MEDIA DEPARTMENT
 
The Media Department was established to meet the demands of the vision of “Making The Word Alive,” to it’s members and across the globe with the rising use of the world wide web, and social media platforms.
 
Our dedicated staff runs the sound system and video display and produces CDs of the services that are sold in the Faith Resource Center.
 
MUSIC MINISTRY
 
Every Sunday our anointed Music Ministry sets the mood and leads the congregation in Praise and Worship, delivering the Word of God through music.
 
The music department also has a Youth Choir that ministers in song every fourth Sunday.
 
 
NURSERY MINISTRY
 
The Nursery is for newborns and children until the age of three.
 
We consider every baby a blessing and a promise from Lord. It is our desire to serve the needs of your family as we serve Christ.
 
Our mission is to allow parents to worship without the distractions of young children, we provide a comfortable environment so that each child may feel happy and loved. The Nursery is also cleaned and sterilized bi-weekly for the protection of each child.
OUTREACH MINISTRY
 
Ministries Outreach considers it a privilege to be given the opportunity to minister to all of God’s people. They try to help God’s Word come alive in spirit and deed for members of the community.
 
Our volunteers have a determination to spread God’s Word and to give a helping hand to those in need. They endeavor to help everyone they meet, with the goal of leaving them better off than they found them, by meeting their needs through prayer and wise counsel.
 
The ministry ministers in various places, such as the women’s shelter, and 2 local nursing homes. Armed with The Word of God and The Power of The Holy Spirit, this ministry is touching the lives of everyone they meet.

THE PURITY MINISTRY
 
Psalms 119:9 (NLT) How can a young person stay pure?
By obeying your word.
 

The Purity Program was designed to help Christian Youth understand their sexuality in light of the gospel in maintaining and keeping their vows. The Purity Ceremony is a formal service at which time each participant, after committing to keeping their vows, they are given purity rings to boldly show an outward symbol of commitment to God’s Word and purity until they are married.

This is an ongoing program that meets every 3rd Sunday after praise & worship from 11 AM to 12 noon.
 

The foundation of the Program is based on the Word of God’s instruction to “Flee sexual immorality.”

The youth get an opportunity to fellowship with like mined youth where they begin to establish a firm foundation of what purity means, so when temptation comes, they will be equipped to stand with integrity in God’s Word.

We discuss topics based on age groups with the understanding that purity is really a matter of the heart; it is an inward reality that leads to outward behaviors. Sexual purity is essential to our walk with God it is not an option but obedience unto God.

 

SUNDAY SCHOOL MINISTRY

 

Our Sunday School Ministry is dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission within our youth through a bible based educational curriculum that results in spiritual growth and development.

We align our efforts with the vision of our ministry whereby our objective is to make the Word of God alive in the hearts of our children through effective discipleship and being examples that display the fruits of the Holy Spirit in every area of our lives.
 
USHERS MINISTRY
 
From assisting you in finding a parking space to helping you find a seat in the sanctuary, the Ushers are responsible for maintaining control during services and assemblies. They prepare the Church for guests by being among the first to arrive to make sure that everything is in order for service.
 
They see that the Church is in proper condition to receive guests and also distribute needed items, such as tithe envelopes, during service as needed. The Ushers are the first smile you will see upon arriving at Harmony Ministries.
 
WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP
 
Women’s Fellowship meets the first Saturday of every month at 9 AM.
 
The Women’s ministry believes that one of the reasons there are so many problems in the world today is because things in the home are not right. They want to remedy this problem by discussing various aspects of the family including dating, marriage, raising children, and managing a household.
 
The older generation of women mentors the younger ones of the Church and the community in regards to different issues that they may be facing and also to help them be successful in their future.
